Monthly statement in NetBanking
- Sign in to Erste NetBanking.
- In the main menu click Računi (Accounts) and pick the account from the list at the top.
- Click Izvodi (Statements). Every statement from the past year is there.
- In the row for the month you need, click Preuzmi (Download). The statement downloads as a PDF.
Monthly statement in the app
- Open Erste mBanking and tap the account.
- Choose Izvodi: you see the list of statements and download them as PDFs.
Erste also offers newer digital banking, George. The steps above come from Erste's NetBanking and mBanking guides; in George the menu may look different.
Transactions for any period
In NetBanking open Pregled transakcija (Transaction overview) for the account, set the filter to the period you need and export the list as PDF (Erste also offers Excel, but Saldo reads the PDF). In the app the filter sits under the three dots in the top right corner, and the list exports as a PDF. That PDF is called "Lista transakcija po računu".
Can't find the statement?
Write to your bank (a message in the app, an email or the contact centre) and ask for the monthly statement by email. Under Serbia's Payment Services Act (Article 22), the bank must, at your request and free of charge, give you the details of your transactions once a month, on paper or another durable medium, and a PDF in an email is exactly that. Then the statement arrives by itself each month and you only upload it.
What Saldo reads from Erste
- The monthly PDF statement.
- The transaction list ("Lista transakcija po računu", PDF) for any period. Its lines are provisional until the monthly statement confirms them.
How to upload it to Saldo
Open Saldo and on the home screen tap the blue Upload a new statement button, then pick the PDF. Saldo reads it and sorts it into categories. It accepts a line only when it fits the balance, so nothing counts until it adds up to the dinar. I never ask for your e-banking password.
