The monthly statement
According to Intesa's digital banking guide, you find monthly statements, payment confirmations and contracts under Moji dokumenti (My documents). Web e-banking (bancaintesa.rs) also has an Izvodi (Statements) option that lists the statements for the account you pick.
The account details show how your statement is delivered: open the account, then Više (More). Statement settings and notifications are changed in e-banking under Podešavanja (Settings), then Izvodi; that option exists only in e-banking, not in the app.
Transactions for any period, in the app
- Open the Banca Intesa Mobi app. Next to Transakcije tap Vidi sve (See all).
- To the right of the magnifier, tap the sliders icon (filters).
- Open Vremenski (Time), pick the period and tap Primeni (Apply).
- To the left of the magnifier, tap the paper icon with the down arrow.
- Choose Izvezi u pdf (Export to PDF, not Excel) and save the file.

Can't find the statement?
Write to your bank (a message in the app, an email or the contact centre) and ask for the monthly statement by email. Under Serbia's Payment Services Act (Article 22), the bank must, at your request and free of charge, give you the details of your transactions once a month, on paper or another durable medium, and a PDF in an email is exactly that. Then the statement arrives by itself each month and you only upload it.
What Saldo reads from Intesa
- The monthly PDF statement, with a reader built for Intesa's statement.
- The transaction report (PDF) for any period. Its lines are provisional until the monthly statement confirms them, and your categories stay.
How to upload it to Saldo
Open Saldo and on the home screen tap the blue Upload a new statement button, then pick the PDF. Saldo reads it and sorts it into categories. It accepts a line only when it fits the balance, so nothing counts until it adds up to the dinar. I never ask for your e-banking password.
