Statement by email, through Homeb@nking
- Sign in to Homeb@nking (internet banking for individuals).
- In the top menu choose Računi (Accounts), then Stanje na računu (Account balance).
- Choose the account type and type the account number. For a dinar current account, type only the middle group of digits. Click Potvrdi (Confirm).
- In the account details choose Slanje izvoda na email (Send statement by email) and sign up.
If your email address is not registered at the bank, or you want to change it, the bank's guide says you must visit a branch. Homeb@nking contact centre: 011 20 20 292.
Account history
In the same place, Istorija rada računa (Account history) shows the changes on your current account for the previous two calendar years. In the MobiBank app, under Računi, then Transakcije, you see the last 12 months, at most 30 days at a time.
Can't find the statement?
Write to your bank (a message in the app, an email or the contact centre) and ask for the monthly statement by email. Under Serbia's Payment Services Act (Article 22), the bank must, at your request and free of charge, give you the details of your transactions once a month, on paper or another durable medium, and a PDF in an email is exactly that. Then the statement arrives by itself each month and you only upload it.

How to upload it to Saldo
Open Saldo and on the home screen tap the blue Upload a new statement button, then pick the PDF. Saldo reads it and sorts it into categories. It accepts a line only when it fits the balance, so nothing counts until it adds up to the dinar. I never ask for your e-banking password.
