How to download your Raiffeisen Bank statement

The monthly statement is made at the start of each month for the month before, by email, post or in the app. Saldo reads the PDF and XML statement, and the PDF turnover report for any period.

How the monthly statement arrives

According to Raiffeisen's help pages, the statement is made once a month, at the start of the month for the previous calendar month, if anything moved on the account. You can get it by email, by post to your home address or in person at a branch, and you can always view and download it in e-banking or the mobile app.

You change the delivery method with a message through the app (the inbox in Moja mBanka or RaiffeisenOnLine), by phone, by email or at a branch. One statement a month is, as the bank puts it, usually free.

In e-banking and the app

  1. Sign in to RaiffeisenOnLine (rol.raiffeisenbank.rs/Retail) or the Moja mBanka app.
  2. Open Računi (Accounts) and pick the account.
  3. For earlier transactions use Filter. One filter covers at most 12 months, and the history goes back 10 years.
  4. Save the statement or report as a PDF and upload it to Saldo.

The bank's public guide for individuals does not name the download button, so I don't make one up here. If you can't find it, the statement also comes by email (above).

Can't find the statement?

Write to your bank (a message in the app, an email or the contact centre) and ask for the monthly statement by email. Under Serbia's Payment Services Act (Article 22), the bank must, at your request and free of charge, give you the details of your transactions once a month, on paper or another durable medium, and a PDF in an email is exactly that. Then the statement arrives by itself each month and you only upload it.

What Saldo reads from Raiffeisen

  • The monthly PDF statement and the XML statement.
  • The turnover report (PDF) for any period, for the dinar account and for USD and EUR accounts. Lines from the report are provisional until the monthly statement confirms them.

How to upload it to Saldo

Open Saldo and on the home screen tap the blue Upload a new statement button, then pick the PDF. Saldo reads it and sorts it into categories. It accepts a line only when it fits the balance, so nothing counts until it adds up to the dinar. I never ask for your e-banking password.
